Lots of questions:
1. Is this to be used at home or in the Motorhome?
2. By Freeview are you referring to Television using a normal aerial?
3. How do you intend to connect (Scart or HDMI)?
4. Have you made any provision for recording Digital TV, or do you need to make that provision?
5. Have you had any previous experience of Freeview.
6. Have you checked your postcode for predicted reception?
7. Will you want to watch HD channels now or in the future?
8. Do you have a budget?

I knew there was more to it than it appeared!

1. Just for the motorhome.
2. Yes just normal aerial.
3. scart or HDMI?
4. No need for recording.
5. Freeview at home, simple top box.
6. for motorhome.
7. Possibly.
8. Of course, less than £100

hope that helps! Smile

I think 1 more important question was missed.

Do you want it to work on 12V or 230V only?

We have 12v Visionplus and works well for us. We don't have recorder or any extras just wanted to watch on the TV we already had whether the area had gone digital or not.

I think 12v will be best.

I have an excellent 12V Freeview HD box at home. Can't remember the make or price. Will post details later.

I bought one of these , which is so small I Velcro'd it to the back of the TV, and split the 12v supply to the TV so that it feeds both.

Can record to an SD memory card, and will play videos and slideshows from SD cards.

Seems to work OK - I'm using it with a Staus aerial and amplifier.

Excellent product.
