I have a 2004 Rimor built on a Transit had the same problem and solved it by cutting a length of washing machine waste pipe lengthways and securing it along underside leading edge of sill. Run pipe down wheel arch where it empties. I also found a loose grommet on lowest point of sill which I sealed with silicone, job done no cost ,
Hope this sorts you out.
