Just to confirm what someone has already posted, that there is gpl available on the N332 just outside (the west side) of Molinos Marfagones, which is just to the west of Cartagena. This new garage has a blue canopy and is on the north side of the road. He is an independant, very helpful and easy to find with good access.

We filled up 2 days ago. He loaned us the new euro adaptor, asked us to sign a simple form confirming our system was 'cosher'. He also gave us some advertising flyers 'to pass on to our motorhoming friends'.

Has anyone used the Repsol site in Murcia recently, and can give us an idea of the height of the barrier?

I've looked at it on Google earth but its very difficult to estimate the height accurately.

Murcia is a better location for us than Cartagena from where we are now, but we don't want to go all that way and find we can't get in with the motorhome, and then have to schlep over to Cartagena anyway.

From memory it's maybe 5 meters. It's much higher than our van and we are 3.2m, Alan.
