Hello, We are a family in Australia who are visiting the UK and Western Europe in July and August 2011 and looking to hire a motorhome for the period +/- 8 weeks,

We are a husband and wife with two boys 6 and 10 years old and have our own 40ft motorhome coach in Australia, as you can imagine with such a large rig we are rather experienced at motorhoming and all that goes with it.

Ideally we are looking for a 4+ berth home that can be taken from the UK to the mainland, we are not overly concerned about the age or size of the motorhome as we both have clean endorsed licences however reliability is a must. Obviously price is of some concern given the 8 week period and we may be better off buying and reselling a unit at the end (but that sounds like a lot of work)

I thought that the UK was the mainland Very Happy

and that it is just a bunch of other countries over the channel. Shocked
