We have a Ford Transit Hobby last years model. I have been trying to obtain information from Ford about Ford Assist any nobody can give clear answer. Has any other Ford owner had any dealings with Asssist.

Ford assist runs along side your base vehicle warranty.it is operated by mondial assistance, different ford assist number for Uk and for Europe

We have a Burstner Nexxo 698G - it was too large/heavy to be covered.
Its a long time since I did the research,but I think I found the relevant information on Ford's Commercial Vehicle website.
I also seem to remember that the maximum weight of vehicle they cover was quite low.
I extended our cover via our insurer for a very modest fee.
