Let me know if there's no TV reception down there and I'll come and join you for the wedding. Smile

Your nearest Freeview transmitter is Caradon Hill about 25 miles away. More information is needed. What type of status aerial do you have and what is the post code of the site? If you wanted belt and braces take your multimo, after all it isn't very big.

We have got freeview down here, I,ve heard that we might get electric soon. We aint that far out in the wilderness.
Caradon Hill probably best transmitter from Padstow. Redruth also in almost opposite direction but less powerful/ Both are horizontal polarisation/. You shouldn,t have any more problems than you would anywhere else in the country. But as mentioned above take the multimo just in case.

I was just thinking the same - we went to North Devon to get away from his Dad's (first) one in 1981.
We had a Commer then and no TV.... Laughing

If you have a decent directional aerial and you point it accurately in the right direction, then there is no reason why you shouldn't get a good picture.
