Hi. I've recently bought a 1989 Hymercar 3 van based on the Fiat Ducato 280 AK, 1.9 TD and am struggling to find parts for it. Can anyone suggest a good source of parts for a Fiat Ducato of this age either in the UK, Spain or France? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need the parts to get the van through it's ITV (Spanish equivalent of MOT) and as a newcomer to campervans am really keen to get out on the road.

Thank you so much for the info. As I'm resident in Almeria, Spain the websites and mail order facilities shown are so helpful. If I can be of assistance to you or anyone with queries about things here in Almeria let me know . Thank-you once again.
Not sure if you are still looking, but I have a Swiss bought/registered Ducato 280 1.9TD . I assume you have a engine code 280.A001 - you can confirm on the plate inside. I understand this van was never sold with this engine in UK, so trying to source parts there is difficult.
Instead I found these guys in Germany to be very useful:
They are pretty fast, speak some English and seem to carry most of the bits you need for the engine. They even sell a repair manual for this engine (in German) which is some use - as it's impossible to find any details in English I found.
Rest of the body/chassis is pretty identical to Talbot, C25 vans so that is less of a problem.
