there is a very good one in Veurne I cannot remember the name but te local tourist office will tell you. Alternatively try googling vet in Veurne

We have used one in St Omer (N France) a couple of times, the receptionist is married to the guy who owns a campsite in a village called Buysscheure and they organised the appointments.
Good site too Camping La Chaumiere.
