Lost the glass part when SatNave sent me down VERY narrow road. In Florence where there's a dealer. Am I asking for the glass which will somehow slot into to the white plastic bit or do I need the backing part as well? Everything except the lost glass looks undamaged.

contact your nearest main Ford commercial dealer, the parts man will be able to tell you what you need and give you a part number.you will need your registration and possibly VIN number to help him.

ps. this does not mean you have to buy it from him, oh and do ask for the 5% discount that sales said you were entitled to when you bought it.I know they did not but he should give to you for the crack, as they say. Laughing
