Hi Aldra,

Aw I feel sorry for you patiently waiting for a reply to your question! Sad

I don't know if this is any help to you but it might be worth giving Dometic a call and asking them for the names of any fitting agents they know of in Germany? As they are the suppliers of on board generators - they should have a list of all their worlwide stockists or installers?

Sorry I could not be of more help! Sad

Sue

PS I do know that you can have a Gasperini installed in Bolognia in Italy for consideraby less than here in the UK but that isn't much help to you is it? Rolling Eyes

Good luck!

Dometic have replied if I send them when and where we will be they will send contact and arrange it

can't fault their service

Will hang on until the 6th June , then if dealers haven't got it that's it

Feel a bit guilty to leave them with an expensive generator, but surely as dometic agents they could return it

Anyway We've waited long enough

Why should you and yours feel guilty Sandra? You had an arrangement, an agreed price and an "installed by date". If they couldn't meet their side of the agreement, then to go somewhere else is "fair game" in my opinion.
Have you paid up front for the genny, or a deposit perhaps. That would put a different slant on things, if you have.

Good luck with the problem.

Jock.

No, they never asked Jock

I would have happily paid up front if that meant they would have ordered it when I thought they did but they didn't ask

But the other work on the van is excellent

and you do get drawn in Smile

or we do Very Happy Very Happy
