I have a 55 plate 2006 Trafic. The ignition key has two buttons for locking & unlocking. Yesterday the unlock button moulding fell out, exposing the inside of the key.

Q has anyone replaced their key, at what cost, & do I need any more info for the Renault agent. I've managed to re-fit the button & taped it in place & it operates, but a replacement is on the cards. In the past I obtained a spare key for a Ford Focus & it was an arm & a leg. Sad

I think you can get a new case off eBay.

If the rest of the key is okay, just replace the casing.
