I used 221 as it was recommended on here by a few people when i did mine last year.. Find it easy on ebay..

512- Caravan is a better adhesive. Whatever you use, good surface prep is important

I've used 221 on the first panel and 512 on the second and without doubt 512 gets my vote.
Ideally Sika cleaner primer 205 should be used which is mainly Isopropanol
