Hi can any body help my Electrolux RM212 3 way fridge dusent seem to get cold when running on gas it works fine on 12v and 240v but not on gas it lights ok and every thing gets hot at the back just as it dus on 12v/240v but it dusent get cold in my fridge can any body help me out ???
All I can add is that if it gets hot around the gas flame then it should be getting cold in the box, assuming that the heat is going up the little tube.
Hi Marc, I think it maybe an air lock. Try turning the whole fridge upsidedown to release the air bubble. Rolling over and over several times, imagine the bubble travelling round and round the pipe loops.
Another cure can be; drive over a rough road with the fridge upside down.
This used to work when fridges ran only on gas. I`ve never looked to see how they work on eletric; but worth a try!
