Re my Autosleeper Camper Van.

I filled up the fresh water tank to flush out the system. Flushed through taps, all ok. Opened the drain valve under the van to empty the remainder. Water started leaking out from under the van from a 1" diamter 2" long pipe directly under the Carver Rapide heater. Any ideas on what this is and if a fault how to fix?

Is there a dump valve that is used to empty the boiler in cold conditions open?
