hi everyone am new on here i was wondering if anyone knows where i could find the front seats that recline to make up the two single beds for a renault trafic or is there any other seats that are compatible , for example could i use seats from a vw etc, please help Question

Be very careful about swopping front seats IF they have the fixed point of the seat belt fitted to the seat (rather than the floor) as that MAY cause you problems at MOT test time. (Non "type approved" seating)

Bearing in mind what Mrplodd has said it may be worth looking on eBay and see what is available, have often seen replacement seats advertised on there.

hi again the seatbelts fastener is on the floor
also have tried ebay etc no luck yet!!!
does anyone know if any other car or van seat that would do the job

Hi,

Do they make seats that recline and make "comfortable" beds. I'm not saying they don't but I've never come across them.

I have that part of the bed as the foot end so comfort isn't such an issue - thank goodness Very Happy

the seats in it do fully recline but am not sure if the seats are the original seats or not as i have seen the exact same front seats in other renault rainbows
