Just back from a 3 month tour of France and Spain and if you are leaving soon prepare to be surprised by the general rise in the cost of living.I estimate that our trip this year cot app.20 or 30 per cent up on last year.Having said that, there are still some real gems about. If you are in the Girona area,I highly recommend a lovely little restaurant and winery with a cash and carry in Sant Pere Pescador called Mas Guso.If you are partial to a nice malt, you can pick up a Litre of Glenfiddich for less than £20 or a Litre of Grouse £10 Grants £8.50.As well as a vast selection of good wines at much reduced prices. It is next to Campsite Aquarius.Dont blame me if you become alcoholic Hic. Very Happy Very Happy

For beer, I find Tesco's cheaper than France, when they have their deals on.
