Hello All,

Am going to look at the above at Discovery Leisure, Darlington.

Do I need to ask about the reverse judder or engine water ingress recalls for a Ducato registered from this date?

Is there anything else I should look out for on the vehicle side.

Ask for written confirmation that the van is upgraded or alternatively get the VIN no to find its real manufacturing date, then confirm with a Fiat agent if it needs or has been updated. If it needs updating Fiat at least now seem responsive to carrying out the full upgrade in one go under guarantee which is what they should have done in the first place. We did not replace our Fiat car with another Fiat because of their initial reluctance to deal with this problem in a business like customer focused way, one way to loose business and I imagine why many motorhome manufactures seem to have moved to Peugot. Same van but a distributor more responsive to warranty problems. My Fiat did not judder for over a year so simply reversing it on a hill may not be sufficient.
