Get a book called all the Aires for stops in France, lots of the campsites are shut in the winter. As for pitch fee's anything from 8euro upwards depending how long you stay on a site.

We use a Spainish campsite book to find sites then look at them on the web and google earth. Be careful at booking sites you don't know for long stays some look great until you get there then find the pictures are 20 years out of date.

Static fee's start around 3,000euro some will reduce that if you only use for a part year.
Make sure you pick a site in the UK that will not rip you off.

You will also need a address and be registered at that address or you will find no one will accept you ie insurance dvla etc.

And pay your £12.50 subs It will pay you back no end.

Andy

Hi and welcome to MotorhomeFacts.

Some advice if I may as you said you are "learning the computer".
When using this site you are not text messaging to people you know as on a mobile phone but to our members who don't.

Text messages without punctuation are quite hard to read sometimes but the fact that the recipient usually knows the sender and their style helps towards understanding.

When you are writing messages to us here you need to use puctuation and paragraphs as some people won't even bother to read your message if it's hard to understand.

Here we are all helpful to others and particularly to those learning the ropes. We were all in that position once and now eager to pass on our knowledge.

I hope you find this advice helpful and take it in the spirit in which it is given.

Gillian
