Freeview Tv already loaded with Freeview can I plug my Skybox to the scart lead connection ? will it work?

Yes, providing you have a Satellite Dish pointing at the correct Satellite and it is connected to the sky box.

You don't need a Sky box for Freeview the terrestrial TV service but you do need a satellite receiver for Freesat!

yes, Freeview is terrestrial TV service, so you don't need a dish, which is for Freesat. Beside the Skybox, you can also try to watch Freeview on your PC with a DVB-T2 tuner card connected, like the TBS 6280 PCIe DVB-T2 dual tuner card.

if you have HDMI socket you should try to use that rather than scart... HDMI will give you better picture and sound quality through the one cable.
