I have a Sigma M34 (Cat 2 to 1 upgrade alarm number: TU2-805/0198) fitted in 2003 by Brownhills on our Rapido 970M. I do have the PIN number.

I have had a couple of problems with it over the last year that has been sorted by Webb’s under warranty.

The latest is that it simply goes off for no apparent reason! It seems to arm perfectly with the remote key however I do get an audible bleeping when I remove the ignition keys (Not sure if this is normal) although not every time. After walking away from the van the alarm keeps going off sporadically.

I have had a few complaints from individuals where I store the van it so I have been leaving it without the alarm armed. Embarassed Shocked

Anyone got any ideas on a fix? Confused

I have tried to Google a repair centre in or around Exeter but so far no luck! Confused Rolling Eyes

Thanks

Keith

Thanks Buffallobill,

I have checked out their website and the closest agent to me is 50 miles away! To add insult to injury they are not open on the weekends! Shocked Confused

So I will ring them next week and take a day off I guess. I will have to think hard about attending Malvern as I will not be able to alarm the van at all for fear of annoying my neighbour's. Wink

Keith
