Oyster Cosmos stalled after 12v dropped out

Our Oyster Cosmos system seems to have stalled. The dish was up when the 12v dropped out, dish came down on the side rail, jammed. Used this forum to see that it had to be down properly (post in 2007), so came home, took dish off, allowing arm to relocate in its place. But the control box inside does not now work. The on/off switch is not illuminating, if the fuse is removed, then replaced, the readout comes up "Europe" then "Initialising Y Motor". Is there a "reset" code to get it going again?
Has anyone ever encountered this conundrum?
