I am booked up to go to le mans this year will be going from portsmouth to caen, my question is dose anybody know of a aire next to a river or lake that can be fished between caen and le mans town.

We stayed at a campsite called Club Nautic by Caurel but there were some motorhomes on an aire there. There is fishing on the lake and beautiful sceanery

The River Sarthe runs through there, plenty of Aires and Municipals in that area, the french are really keen on pole fishing on a lot of the stretches, loads of roach rudd and hybrids, worm and caster most popular baits used also bread punch in early evening.
