For some reason we have lost the "to" and "from" information on out BT yahoo email summary pages.
I must have pressed something to do this but haven't a clue what it was
The subject and the date sections are fine.
Have looked in the help sections of Yahoo but nothing on there helps.
Are you talking about BT's online web access to your email? If so, which version are you using? There are 3 - the quite old one, the current version and the brand new one! Can you post a screen shot to show me exactly what the problem is?

When I go into the mailbox, the list of all emails come up, all those in "inbox", "sent", "drafts" "spam" etc.
The problem is that there is no information under the "from" or "to" headings. The subject shows as does the date.
Not familiar with the BT mail package, but you could try:
Point at one of the existing headings (e.g. "subject"),
right click with your mouse,
Does this show a list of all available headings?
If it does, select those you want to see.
