Any experts among you? I have used I player for many months. Today, for some reason, my I player desktop does not display anything in the available now, coming soon etc screen. I can access my downloads (so I havent lost them!) by right clicking the icon in the right hand section of the taskbar. When I click to download a programme, I get nothing to tell me it is downloading. Any ideas? I tried deleting and reloading i player. My computer will not let me reload Adobe Air, despite temporarily switching off all firewalls.

It does sound like an Adobe air problem. I had similar today and needed to run the upgrade when prompted by the iplayer software. I had to exit iplayer from the taskbar icon the open it again to get the upgrade prompt. Ben
