Internal lights "pulsate" ??

I have an 03 Autotrail Dakota fitted with a 100w (unknown make) solar panel. It does a brilliant job of keeping my 2 x 110 leisure batteries fully charged.

However..... if I turn the internal lights on when there is bright sunlight the lights visibly pulsate !!! Any ideas? This has been the case for the last 3 years and the batteries certainly dont seem to have suffered any ill effects, they hold their charge well and regularly show 12.8 - 13 volts (after dark)

I think this could be the regulator kicking in and out - is it a regular pulsation?

I think a cure would be to open the curtains Very Happy

Yes its a very regular pulsation, several times a second. As I said everything seems to work OK and its just one of those things that I haver kept meaning to raise on here as a query. If I turn a number of lights on (i.e. introduce a bit of load the pulsations disappaer)
