Does anyone know where Avast puts the log file after a scan.

My laptop was running slow, so I ran a scan which found something, but I can't find the log to see what damage was caused.

Kev, I think you have to create a "save log file" onto your PC, have a look here:

https://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=586

Then scroll down to System event log.

Not sure if this helps.

Keith
