I use a GT SIM when abroad so the kids can call me free (to them).

When I tried to log on online yesterday I noticed they've a fancy new site - that I can't get in to! 'User does not exists' it says!

I contacted them through the Customer Service email - auto response said they'd get back to me as soon as possible. Still waiting.

I called the number they have on the new site for free help (322) - from my phone I get the response 'not recognised' or similar.

I called their landline number and eventually got through to someone who kept telling me the number I have is not a GT number.

The SIM is still active, but I can't get in to see what my credit is.

....At this point I took the SIM out of the phone and read it carefully - realised I was looking at the site, and calling the helpline, for GTMobile and not GT-SIM. So my apologies to the gentleman from GTMobile!

Hopefully I won't make the same mistake again, but this short-term memory's getting to be a problem!
