I have been and looked at a vehicle at the Family Travel Centre but did not have the need to ask anything so cannot really make any helpful comment.
Will say that everything looked clean and tidy.

We used the Family Travel Centre for our habitation check and also to sort out the fridge (sooty when running on gas).
If you were to have any aftersale problems they seem the sort of people who would look after you.
