The popup is all along the bottom of the page with no space or box too select. I have tried too drag & drop to see if there is anything lower down but it wont move. I have tried disabling Norton but too no avail. Please help. Oh I am running Windows 7 Home Premium if that helps.

Is your browser zoomed in by any chance?

Depending on the browser, there is usually a 100% (or other %age) in the bottom right hand corner. Either click on that and change the zoom setting, or failing that, try hitting Ctl and - at the same time to zoom out. If that doesnt work, you'll have to dig around in the menu's to find the zoom controls

Just a thought, might not help, but worth a try.

Have you recently upgraded Internet Explorer? I usually use Firefox but noticed the other day that IE now shows notifications at the bottom of the screen.

Sorry, no idea why you can't see the Download/Run option. On my IE on the right hand side of the pop-up at the bottom of the screen it offers RUN SAVE CANCEL.

If I make the IE window really small those options turn into just one which says VIEW DOWNLOADS on a line below.

Does any of that help?

OK, try this:

Select the "Save" dialogue application on the task bar (or use alt+tab until it is highlighted). Now right click on the Save application in the task bar, and select "move".

Hopefully, you should be able to move it now.............
