Hey! Looking to buy a new motorhome for the coming winter, planning on roadtripping around europe skiing.

I got a friend with a diesel Iveco 49.10 from 1989 in really good shape that he is looking to sell. Just wondered what people's impressions are regarding it's build quality and reliability? Also if someone got any MPG figueres that would be great!

I drive an 03 Iveco minibus on a school run and it is as far as I am concerned a lump! Noisey, cumbersome, sluggish not cheap on fuel but a real workhorse. like the LDV.
This one has done over 250000 hard miles though.
As a driver, I personally much prefer the Fiat or Peugeot.
