I have been trying to download a song on youtube, which always worked on my Vista Acer. But at the moment Im back on my HP laptop 5000 series and when the box come above the video I have clicked on it but nothing happens. I looked at options and to Realplayer it instructs to go to Menue Bar -Tools >preference:download and recording. I cannot see this under Tools on the internet page so which Menue bar are they refering to?
