Hi,
It sounds a bit strange to lose the signal from all satellites. Do you have an overcab bed or similar that may obstruct 'line of sight' from satnav to said satellites? Some times mine has trouble accquiring satellites if it is not positioned far enough forward for the unit to 'see' enough of the sky to pick up enough satellites to triangulate properly. Try standing outside your MH with the unit plugged in to power, and switched on, to see if it can pick up enough of them to work properly.

This year in France on my first morning I plugged in my sat-nav and then my clever FM sending device which transmits from my MP3 player to the radio.

Then I set off only to stop at the next lay-by as the sat-nav wouldn't pick up the satellites. After about half an hour of resetting the sat nav and trying it in different positions in the cab I unplugged the FM sender and the sat nav started working again.

So after all that preamble my suggestion is to switch of any other electrical device and try again
