Good morning,

I have thought about providing MH storage but can't make the figures stack up.
How much would you pay, say £20 per week?
Have you tried the self storage providers? The former Bryants warehouse on the A6, one in Heaton Moor, or the place near Handforth Dean.

Why does it have to be indoor?
Outdoor storage would be much easier (and cheaper) to come by.

Hi All

Outdoor could work, but weathering, vermin and theft are a big concern.

I know Housing Units offer the service and are stacked out... there is an opportunity.

I spoke to the BIG YELLOW guys that just opened by the motorway but they don't offer and there is another outdoor at Pear Mill.

Thanks for your suggestions and in answer to the question of price around £1000 per year seems to be a number people have discussed.

Extending my driveway is paid for by three years storage charges in that case! lol

Surprised

As far as I know, Bryants Warehouse does not have any capacity for larger vehicles. The upper floor is used by car dealers to store new stock. Mostly Bespoke customer orders.

I priced open storage a while back and some wanted £20 a week for that!. And that was in areas of high volume of moving stock.
