We have just been away with a C2 tow car fitted with a towbars 2towcars A frame. We started in denmark and attracted a lot of onlookers but without any trouble with the police. We then went through Germany and although we were passed by many police cars it wasn't until we were stopped at a service station that we were approached. After they had a good look and I explained the braking system they were still not happy but when they saw the key in the ignition I was allowed to continue. No problems in france although I can say driving through Marseille at rush hour with a tow car wasn't that clever and doing the route Napoleon on the way back was a bit of a struggle in some places
