Just parted with our beloved Bongo and bought a Autotrail Pawnee.

We only bought the Bongo 3 months ago, but have been out and about every weekend, plus a 4 day trip to North Devon and just loved the freedom of doing what we want, when we want and that our Border Collie can come with us.

My Wife and I are really hooked and are in the process of planing our 2012 getaways, having a MH really opens your eye's to the wonderful places less than 2 hours from home.

One quick question please, the Autotrail I've purchased is a 1998 1.9td, what m.p.g can I expect to get at say 55/60 mph on the motorways.

Hi
Welcome to the MH world
Bongos are a great start and as you say , it opens your eyes.

Economy wise most of our MH's have returned between 21-30 mpg

Now we drive slower and even in our A class with a 3ltr we are getting 25-28

On our next trip to the south of France I hope to achieve over 30.
