Hi,
I've just been cleaning up the sills on my 2001 Pre Facelift Boxer and noticed that the nearside inner sill is a box shape with drainage holes etc. but the offside inner sill is vertical with no drainage holes and water and muck can find its way in through the outriggers and then have no way of getting out. I intend to drill drainage holes in this sill and then use waxoil but I wondered if mine was a one off? Why two different section sills on the same vehicle?
Regards,
Chris V
