Hi Tony & Debbie
I belive that in the last 2 days a setting has been changed in the way the oyster dish picks up the astra 2 satellite.
The transponder setting needs to be changed to 12441.
I haven't figured out how to do this but as I am going to the Lincoln show tomorrow the person I bought the system from is going to update the software for me.

Mike

Hi
I have just fixed the problem with the following link Razz

http://www.jacksonsuk.com/department/need_advice_on_your_caravan_satellite_system/

If this doesn't work Robert at Jacksons told me that he should have the upto date software next week.

Hope it works for everyone.

Cheers Rick, Karen and Oscar (the cat).

Glad we bought a crankup system. Get a picture in well under a 60 seconds. No updates to worry about.

Hopefully, the Satellite suppliers who are members of this forum will provide an equal level of support. They knew of the issue in advance, but have not yet posted any support information.
Thanks to Jacksons for their response.

I spoke too soon. Ours was ok this afternoon when I posted and by 7pm didn't work again

I do hope someone can do a similar step by step for the Camos

No reply for my plea to RoadPro. Andy are you around pls. Not something I can sort out in France at a dealers. Narbonne Accessories are or were the dealers but 2 years ago they were next to useless and didn't want to know
