Hi all
I'm close to buying a Fiamma F65S 370mm awning for our Auto-Sleeper Warwick Duo. It's a LWB Peugeot Boxer high top van.
My local dealer has come up with a good price. The problem is, the lady in the shop reckons I need 3 fixing brackets. I'm sure I've seen this advice somewhere before. However, Fiamma's website has fitting instructions with the brackets which clearly show 2 brackets on the 340 and 370 awnings. They come in pairs priced at between £60 & £70. Has anyone done this and how many brackets did you use?
You can tell I'm reluctant to buy 4 if 2 will be ok. Equally, I want the job to be right.
I'm intending to fit it myself since it looks straightforward.
Any help please?
Geoff

The awning should come with two brackets in the kit so there is no need to buy those as 'extras'

You can fit a third bracket if you wish but there is really no need.

Thanks Peter. That's the answer I was hoping for.
Cheers
