Started up the MH and as well as the Service light the Airbag Warning light came on.

Anyway I was having the service done and I got the garage to reset the Service light. However they couldn't do anything about the Airbag light - suggested I took it to Renault.

They were unable to do anything till sometime next week but asked if the Drivers seat had been moved. The sensor is under the seat.

I waggled the connector and cable and all is now as it should be - saved myself a few bob there.

Brother-in-law had same problem on his MGTF. Cleaned connections under dashboard - problem solved.
Google "air bag light" for more info.
