Over the last few days I have been getting Error 404, page not found around half the time I have tried to load the MHF homepage. Is anyone else having that problem? Alan.
I have had that and "Request timed out" rather too frequently and at present it is taking upwards of 30 seconds to load the full details on the pages for some posts.......
I have passed the problem on as it only affects MHF and no other sites/forums in which we participate,
I've had it once, but more seriously my computer has completely frozen a couple of times, and after a forced switch-off it wouldn't re-boot in anything other than Safe Mode. Even then I had to go back to a previous restore point before it would boot in Normal Mode.
No idea if this is linked to MHF . . . I very much doubt it, but am posting (like you) in case others have had a similar problem.
Thanks guys. I should have said it's only on MHF with me too and that it is very slow at times. All other web sites are fine, even Amazon which I would have thought was as complicated a site as MHF, Alan.
Morning Nuke. I am using Chrome and I did install Chrome's ad. blocker just around the time the problem started, maybe that's it, do you think it's possible?
