Hi, hope someone can help, been trying to download some of the autoroute information but,after entering code at download stage it a message appears telling cannot download as it has "bad format" what am i doing wrong ?

Hi and thanks for reply. been trying to download stellplaz for tom tom and some of the downloads for autroute but, in both caes it comes up as "bad format" ???
