Hi all.
having successfully got tickets for the paralympics i was delighted to hear that the cc and c&cc have negotiated some temporary sites.
one of them looked ideal as it was possibly close enough to walk/wheel there.
but then i realised that they close before the paralympics start. surely in 2012 this is not acceptable.
does anyone have any ideas why?

I would imagine because they do not think there will be enough demand.

There certainly will not be as many people going to the Paralympics than the Olympics.

Perhaps the landowners put a limit on how long they'd let out their land??

True it is sold out but you will not be getting the volume of people who come just for the atmosphere. Also there is not the range of competition.
