When I go through the forums - e.g. foreign touring, I look to see if the square by the country is yellow. I thought this meant that ythere was a new posting. This doesn't seem to be happening. For example, this morning there is a posting about Spain and Portugal, but there is no yellow square.

Please can anyone explain? Am I having a senior moment??
