Question just back after weekend away in motorhome.while i was on site and connected to power suply the omni step did not work.just home and tried switch and it worked .Any ideas on this as im new to this motorhome and am learing as i go..s.the van is a bessacar E 410 year 2006 thanks dandy

Clean all joints, liberally apply wd40, press the switch plenty of times, helping steps up and downn with foot. Works 90% of the tme. It's usually road muck on the joints that is the problem. ALL joints remember.
