Since the forum has returned I logged on and was told I have 1 new personal message. However on checking the in box no messages appear. Have we lost any messages whilst the site was down and is there any way to retreive the message that I apparentely have

It sometimes happens that someone sends you a PM, then deletes it from their Outbox before you have picked it up. This can give you the message, but obviously there's nothing there when you look.
