I've just come across this site:

which has no end of useful information including campsite details divided by regions, weather, traffic details, MH dealers and accessory shops, as well as the best summary of tolls and vignettes I've come across ( left hand side of Home page; third down Tourist Information and then bottom option: Campers and Austria's toll charges.
