I wonder if anyone can please tell me whether I should update Samsung Apps.

I see there is 24 on my Android phone and when I click to update it says they are blocked because it isn't an Android Market update.

I can go to settings to allow this but wondered if I should.

These updates seem to be about replacing the current system!

Help would be gratefully appreciated.

It sounds like a Samsung initiated software update. Usually manufacturer updates are a good thing. I'd allow it personally.

I tried it and downloaded but it just seems to be Samsung Apps and not software update. So have clicked the decline to use.

I have the Galaxy S2 and now they are calling it Samsung Hub.
Its just Samsung's way of letting you know what apps are available.
It just replaces the previous 'hub' with a new one, it happens frequently and does no harm.
You can switch auto-sync off and sync manually to keep things under control.
