I sometimes get e mails with very small text and I'm unable to read them.

I'm using windows 7 and Office outlook 2007.

Can anybody help me increase the text size please. I can do it OK on IE but not with the e mails.

Open up the email full, then click View on the menu bar the click text size and then change to largest Wink

Don, there's an in-built Windows text-adjusting facility. After displaying the email, use Ctrl-plus (hold the Ctrl key down, then press the "+" key (or "=" key). That enlarges text. To reduce it again, it's Ctrl and "-".

Had problems following the instructions but found I could enlarge the text by using CTRL and the wheel on the mouse.
