What is the point of submitting site reviews when they are not added to the relevant data. I submitted a review for a site already listed some THREE weeks ago and after updating my system today, it still has not appeared. !!
When it was submitted, I was advised it needed to be checked before it could be added which is fair enough, but 3 weeks seems to me an extraordinary length of time and I was perhaps thinking it had not been added due to the negative points I made about the site in question.
Needless to say, I will not be submitting any further reviews.

and it has NOTHING to do with how good or bad the site is!

The 2 admin staff that do the reviews are volunteers not paid employees, maybe they are out enjoying their van like you have just done.

Campsite Reviews that you do via iCampsites are sent the next time you connect and do an update. So your review has been sitting with you until today When you connected today and did an update the review was sent to us .... there was no way it was going to get into the database while it was stuck inside your iCampsite. I am not an iCampsite expert but I am pretty sure that the instructions do mention how this works.
I have just checked the waiting reviews again...I did it at 6.45 am this morning too ...this is a job either I or Gaspode do at least once a day. Guess what I found....yes your review is waiting and I will be approving it just as soon as I finish typing this response.
