Hello All,

Lurked here for a while, just joined and subscribed.

We've had a T4 2.5 Tdi since 2001, from new and had it converted by Youngs Conversions based in Milton Keynes. Has been a great van over the years, and has given us a better understanding what we want from next van. The T4 has been used mostly for long weekends and occasional week long trips. We're planning longer trips now, starting off with several weeks and leading up to a month or two and maybe more as we both ease back on the work pedal a bit. Been talking about this for a few years and decided it was time to get on with it whilst we are able. Did NEC the other year and narrowed down choice of van, went again in Oct this year, narrowed the field a bit more. We're sticking with PVC, we like front lounge so can open side door for views, need a bit more space and a few more creature comforts than the T4 has given us. Plan is to start longer tours summer 2012.

cheers
Sean

Welcome to MHF. Hope you find your "perfect" van. I'm sure you'll enjoy the longer trips - our trips are never long enough! Our longest trip is usually in September when we manage to get away for about 3 and half weeks, but we do usually get away every weekend throughout the year.

Hello Sean,

We build panel van conversions, you will not have seen us at the NEC as we have not been yet. We currently have two models the Compact which is a similar size to the T4 you have and the Liberté which is a larger 2 berth conversion. We also offer a bespoke service without the normal bespoke price tag. If you are interested in these models you can view them online at Mandale motorhomes. I will be putting the Mandale® Liberté onto the classified adds section on this website today.
The Liberté has just come back from a four day road test with Which Motorhome and the review is available in the January edition out on the 8th of December.

Hope this of interest to you.
